At Proctor Ace Hardware, we believe in giving back to the communities we’ve served since 1936. We receive many requests for donations and sponsorships throughout the year, and while we’d love to support every cause, we’ve created this form to help us better organize and evaluate each opportunity.

Please fill out the form below at least 2–3 weeks before your event or deadline. We review requests weekly and will follow up if your request is approved or if we need additional information.
